Welcome!

Welcome to the website of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Shreveport, Louisiana. We are a Catholic parish family, anointed through the gift of the Holy Spirit by our Baptism.

Here, the word “Church” has three inseparable meanings: 1.) the People that God gathers in the whole world; 2.) our particular local church (the Diocese of Shreveport); and 3.) the liturgical - and above all Eucharistic - assembly here at Holy Trinity on Marshall Street in downtown Shreveport, Louisiana.

We the Church draw our life from the Word and the Body of Christ, and so we ouselves become Christ’s Body. In our Creed, we profess that the sole Church of Christ is professed to be one, holy, catholic, and apostolic.

All who come to Holy Trinity Catholic Church to celebrate the Holy Mass can expect to be welcomed into a friendly environment by people who are genuinely glad to see them as brothers and sisters in Christ.
